ELVIS SURF COMP.

New to this years festival is the Elvis surf comp. All the local surf schools round Bundoran will be participating, as each school will compete to win the inaugural title of BEST Surfing Elvis (moves).

How it will run:

• Each school will enter a surf instructor 

• The instructors will be paired with an Elvis (ETA) mentor

• They will get the look and be transformed into a surfing Elvis

• The mentors will show the instructors the moves on land and then they'll blue suede shoes it into the water.

The judges will be looking out for:

• Simply the best and most original Elvis moves out in the surf
• Bonus points will be awarded for any surfing Elvis that manages to come back with all parts of their outfit intact

Time and place TBC, but it will more than likely all go down on the Sat. of Elvis Fest @ Tullan Strand. Weather/wave permitting of course.
